This is a compilation featuring different bands recorded over the last 20 years. All are my own compositions, with the exception of "One Too Many Late Nights," for which I arranged and recorded the horns, and the improvised tracks (14, 20, 23). And track 3, which is a little soundtrack sample I played on.
Some have been previously released under the band in question and can be found on those Bandcamp pages, like D-Town Brass, Project Bluebird, and Micro East Collective.

Bob is self- and friend-taught on guitar and reeds, composes for many different kinds of ensembles, and plays in many bands and in improvised or otherwise situations with hundreds of musicians over the years. Sonic Youth is one of those bands where you easily run out of superlatives to describe what they created. This could've easily come off as a cynical cash-grab by a band that had broken up 11 years prior to the release of this record, but that's not what this is.
